Submit directly or use assistance
The traveller can create an account and apply online for themselves and companions. A certified operator or hotel may submit on the traveller's behalf. Assistance is a service choice, not proof that an operator is mandatory.

After submission
The official portal publishes a review time of five working days for a complete application. Apply earlier in case a scan, name, date or payment needs correction. Carry the approval offline and verify that names and passport numbers match exactly.
