Quick answers

Questions to settle before booking.

Can the LVT trek be completed in 12 days?

Some itineraries do, but they usually leave less room for arrival logistics, Syabrubesi delays and recovery. First-time high-altitude trekkers are generally better served by a slower plan.

Why do LVT trek prices vary so much?

Packages use different hotels, meal plans, staff ratios, group sizes, flight allowances and contingency policies. Compare inclusions line by line rather than comparing only the headline price.

Can a beginner trek to Langtang Valley?

Yes, if the beginner is healthy, trains consistently, follows a properly paced itinerary and is willing to turn around if health requires it.

What is the single best month for LVT?

October is often chosen for post-monsoon visibility, but it is also busy. April is an excellent alternative for warmer spring conditions. The best month depends on your tolerance for cold, crowds and uncertainty.
