This is a planning model for a major Nepal expedition, not a fixed summit schedule. The peak, approach, rope-fixing program, weather, health and leader decisions determine the actual sequence.
Meet the named expedition team, reconcile the permit roster, inspect personal and group equipment, confirm insurance and communications, and close any freight or oxygen gaps before leaving the capital.
Travel and trek at the pace appropriate to the chosen mountain. Remote peaks need more freight and road or flight contingency than Khumbu objectives; the approach is already part of acclimatisation.
Settle into the medical, weather, hygiene and communications routine. Rest after the approach, review hazards and practise the systems used above base camp.
