How the application works

Do not book a non-refundable Tibet-sector ticket until the document plan is clear.
At stations, airports and checkpoints
Keep the permit, passport and agency emergency number accessible. Officials may check the document before boarding and at route checkpoints. A photocopy on a phone is not a substitute when the operator says the original is required.
